1. Digital Products and Personal Use

All products available on Poli&Co are digital, downloadable, and intended solely for personal use by the account holder who purchased them. By completing a purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the content.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Ownership of all digital content remains with Poli&Co, except for the limited license granted to the purchaser.

12. Licensing and Security System

Proprietary Protection: All Poli&Co products are equipped with a built-in proprietary security system that is active by default. By purchasing, you acknowledge that this system is stable and functions as intended.

• Security Triggers: Any attempt to transfer, copy, or redistribute the product to third parties, as well as any attempt to decrypt, decompile, or bypass the security measures, will trigger an automatic protection mechanism. This will result in the permanent corruption of the file, making the product unusable.

• Limitation of Liability: Poli&Co is not responsible for any technical failure, malfunction, or loss of access to the product caused by the activation of the security system. We do not guarantee that the system will be compatible with unauthorized software or modified operating environments. No refunds or replacements will be provided for products rendered unusable due to security triggers.

• Mandatory Logs and Detailed Report: To investigate any issues related to product blocking, the user is strictly required to send the Poli&Co License System.log file to contact@poli-co.com. Additionally, the user must provide a detailed, step-by-step description of the circumstances leading to the malfunction (including specific actions performed and software used). Without both the log file and a complete written report, we will assume the failure was caused by unauthorized user actions, and the support team will not review the case.

• Enforcement and Blacklisting: Poli&Co reserves the right to revoke the license and terminate the account of any user found attempting to bypass security. Decisions regarding account suspension or blacklisting remain at the sole discretion of the Company.

• Finality of Transaction: A purchase grants the user one (1) single copy of the product. The transaction is considered legally complete once access to this copy is provided. Poli&Co is under no obligation to issue additional copies or duplicates. Any re-issuance of a file is at the Company’s sole discretion and may be denied without further explanation.
